Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer

Tina Nunez is senior vice president and chief administrative officer. With the organization for 30 years, Nunez oversees a diverse scope of operational areas including UCSF Health affiliated services; oncology, laboratory, cardiac rehabilitation and medical imaging departments; prenatal diagnostics; the Institute for Joint Restoration and Research; the Women’s Center; wound and hyperbaric medicine; strategy; marketing and communications; community outreach and health promotion; and legislative affairs. 

She also oversees business operations including the Washington Township Hospital Development Corporation and offsite services including the outpatient rehab center, student health center, sports medicine, and physician recruitment. She is president of the Washington Health Medical Group and serves on the boards of the Washington Outpatient Surgery Center and Peninsula Surgery Center. She also chairs the WHHS and UC Health Cancer Services Joint Venture LLC. 

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego; and a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles.
