With more than 25 years of executive human resources leadership experience at community, district, and for-profit healthcare organizations, he has earned a reputation for strengthening workforce engagement, modernizing human resources operations, and advancing positive labor-management partnerships.
He has held senior leadership positions with Amazon, AHMC Healthcare, Universal Health Services, and Dignity Health, delivering measurable results in workforce strategy, retention, and organizational culture.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Stanislaus.
