Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Ajay Sial is senior vice present and chief financial officer. With a career in health care spanning 40 years, he oversees financial and capital management, financial planning and analysis, revenue cycle, treasury, and supply chain. Throughout his career, he has guided the financial transformation of complex organizations.
Prior to joining Washington Health, Sial served several large academic health care organizations, including the University of Missouri Health, Columbia, Missouri; University of California Irvine Health, Orange, California; Trinity Health/Loyola University Health System, Maywood, Illinois; University of Kentucky Health, Lexington, Kentucky; and others.
He earned a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia; and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and accounting from the University of Delhi in India. He was named to the list of 150 Hospital and Health System CFOs to know in the Becker’s Hospital Review.
