Spine Program
Specialized Spine Care at Washington Health
Back and neck pain can affect nearly every part of your daily life, from working and exercising to sleeping and enjoying time with family. At Washington Health, our Spine Program provides specialized care for a wide range of conditions affecting the spine.
Part of the Bell Neuroscience Institute of Silicon Valley, our program brings together experienced spine specialists who work with patients to identify the cause of their symptoms and develop personalized treatment plans.
Our goal is to help relieve pain, improve mobility and function, and support a better quality of life.
Comprehensive Care for Spine Conditions
Spine conditions can affect the bones, discs, joints, nerves and spinal cord. Some develop gradually due to age-related changes, while others result from injuries or underlying medical conditions.
Our specialists evaluate and treat a variety of spine conditions, including:
- Herniated discs
- Spinal stenosis
- Degenerative disc disease and spondylosis
- Spondylolisthesis
- Spinal fractures
- Spinal tumors
- Spinal cord compression (myelopathy)
- Nerve compression (radiculopathy)
- Sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction
Personalized Treatment Options
Not every spine condition requires surgery. Depending on your diagnosis, symptoms, and overall health, your care team may recommend nonsurgical treatments, surgical procedures, or a combination of approaches.
When surgery is appropriate, our spine specialists offer advanced procedures, including minimally invasive techniques for eligible patients.
We base treatment recommendations on your individual needs, with an emphasis on relieving symptoms, protecting neurological function, and helping you return to your daily activities.
