Meet the Preceptors

Catherine Hou received her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Capital University of Medical Science in Beijing, China, and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University. She completed her PGY-1 acute care practice residency from Saint Joseph Health System in Lexington, KY. After her training, she practiced as a clinical pharmacist at St. Elizabeth Healthcare for 3 years. She joined Washington Health in 2015 and currently works as an oncology pharmacist. In her free time, she enjoys doing arts and crafts with her daughter, watching baseball with her son, and traveling with her family.

Christina Berg received her undergraduate degree from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Washington State University. She completed her PGY-1 acute care practice residency at The Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawai'i. She practiced as a critical care pharmacist there for 3 years. She joined Washington Health in 2019 and currently works as an oncology pharmacist. In her free time, she enjoys reading, podcasts, outdoor adventures, and time with her husband and daughters.

Cindy Lau received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UOP Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 residency at UCSF and worked as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Alameda County Medical Center. She joined Washington Health in 2009 and now serves as a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator. Cindy enjoys traveling, Disneyland, wine tasting, and spending time with family.

Danny Situ earned his undergraduate degree from UC Davis and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California. He completed his PGY-1 residency at Sharp HealthCare in San Diego. He joined Washington Health in 2016 and currently works as a clinical pharmacist and internal medicine preceptor. He enjoys hiking Bay Area trails and visiting National Parks.

David Su received his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UCSF School of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY-1 residency at PIH Health Whittier Hospital and practiced there for 2 years before joining Washington Health in 2024. He currently works as a clinical pharmacist. He enjoys video games, tennis, and basketball.

Elysia Lee earned both her undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Arizona. She completed her PGY-1 acute care residency at Kaweah Health Medical Center. After her training, she worked as a clinical pharmacist there before joining Washington Health in 2024 as a clinical/oncology pharmacist. She enjoys rock climbing and exploring restaurants.

Lillian Jiang earned her undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of the Pacific. She completed her PGY-1 residency at Washington Health and continued practicing as an inpatient clinical pharmacist. She joined Washington Health in 2023 and currently serves as a clinical pharmacist.

Maichi Ho earned her undergraduate degree from USF and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UOP. She completed her PGY-1 residency at San Joaquin General Hospital. She served as a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital for 4 years before joining Washington Health in 2014, where she currently works as an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist.

Nga Huynh earned her undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Washington. She completed her PGY-1 residency at Stanford Health Care and worked there for 11 years as a critical care pharmacist. She joined Washington Health in 2010 and currently serves as an Epic Willow analyst.

Peter Liang earned both his undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY-1 at UIC Chicago Medical Center and PGY-2 in critical care at UF Shands Hospital. He worked there as a critical care pharmacist for 8 years before joining Washington Health in 2009. He currently works as a critical care pharmacist and enjoys traveling and playing pickleball.

Rehan Noori received his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific. He completed his PGY-1 residency at Stanford Hospital & Clinics. He practiced at Washington Hospital for 17 years and served as Medication Safety Officer for 3 years. He joined Washington Health in 2008 and currently works as an oncology pharmacist.

Scott Huang earned his undergraduate degree from UC Riverside and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Touro University California. He completed his PGY-1 residency at Washington Health and joined the team in 2020. He currently works as a clinical pharmacist.

Stephanie Hioe earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Touro University. She completed her PGY-1 residency at Mercy San Juan Medical Center/Mercy General Hospital. She joined Washington Health in 2014 and currently works as a critical care pharmacist. She enjoys video games, long walks on the beach, and drinks with tiny umbrellas.
