Our patients at Washington Health Medical Group can expect the highest level of care from our doctors, including specialty care. If your primary care physician decides you need specialty attention, you can receive a referral quickly thanks to our network of health care providers. Our multi-specialty practice based in Fremont enables us to offer a high level of convenience for the patients we serve. We are typically able to coordinate appointments with specialists within a period of 24 hours or less.

What Do Immigration Medical Exams Include?
Immigration medical examinations verify good health and admissibility to the United States on medical grounds. The exam can identify medical conditions that require follow-up medical care after emigration to the U.S. or adjustment of status to permanent residence.
The medical examination must be conducted by a medical doctor who has been designated by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a civil surgeon. Dr. Mathew at Washington Health Medical Group in Fremont and has been designated as a civil surgeon. Please note: You cannot go to your personal doctor to have a medical exam for immigration purposes unless your doctor is a designated civil surgeon.
