Christine’s Journey
As we near the end of the year, we want to reflect on the progress we've made together in support of Washington Health’s new UCSF - Washington Cancer Center. Washington Health has made incredible strides— through these efforts, Washington Health has set a standard for excellence, combining cutting-edge treatment, innovative research, and compassionate care to improve the lives of our patients and their families.
The need for cancer care in our community continues to grow, and we urgently need your support TODAY to help our patients like Christine. Three days after her 50th birthday, a routine mammogram revealed an abnormality in Christine's breast tissue. Soon after, she was diagnosed with aggressive, triple-negative breast cancer, requiring chemotherapy, surgery and radiation treatments.
