Bio
Dr. Eldan B. Eichbaum is a neurosurgeon specializing in complex and reconstructive spine surgery. As a member of the Bell Neuroscience Institute of Silicon Valley at Washington Health, he has dedicated his career to providing specialized care for patients with complex spine conditions. He currently serves as Medical Director of the Spine Center.
Dr. Eichbaum earned his medical degree with high honors from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he also completed his neurosurgery residency. He went on to complete a fellowship in complex and reconstructive spinal neurosurgery at the University of New Mexico.
Dr. Eichbaum has been board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery since May 2004. He has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including serving as President of the Neurosurgical Society of America in 2023 and as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the California Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and the American Medical Association.
