Ekta Patel, PA-C

Ekta Patel, PA-C, is a Physician Associate at the Danielson Clinic. She received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Ekta also has two Master’s Degrees: one in Biomedical Science from Roosevelt University in Chicago, and the other in Physician Assistant Studies from Dominican University of California in San Rafael. Prior to joining us at WHMG, Ekta worked as a physician associate in general surgery at Duly Health & Care in Naperville, IL, in Internal Medicine at Clear Wellness Group in Chicago, and in Telemedicine Primary Care at Iris Health Medical Group in Sacramento.

Ekta chose to become a provider because it gives her the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives and their health care journeys. She chose Family Medicine specifically because it allows her to build long-term, trusting relationships not only with her patients but also with their families. She also chose Family Medicine because it enables her to provide medical care that spans generations.

Ekta’s philosophy of care is to treat each patient like her own family, which includes the utmost respect, honesty, and compassion. Clinically, she is interested in preventative medicine, mental health care, and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.

In her free time, Ekta enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and friends, discovering new restaurants, and cooking.
