Kajal Sheth, PharmD., BCPS

Kajal Sheth received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Texas at Austin School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 acute care practice residency from Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. After the completion of her training, she practiced as an inpatient Clinical Pharmacist at Atlanta Medical Center for 2 years and then at the Veterans Hospital of Palo Alto for 2 years. She joined Washington Health in 2008 and currently works as the Pharmacy Operations Manager and PGY-1 Residency Program Director. In her free time, Kajal loves to watch her kids play at their baseball and volleyball games, watch the Giant’s baseball games, and take family trips traveling to new places.


Christine Pham

Residency Program Coordinator (RPC)

Christine Pham, PharmD.

Christine Pham received her undergraduate degree at San Jose State University and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Pacific University of Oregon. She completed her PGY-1 acute care practice residency from St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. After the completion of her training, she practiced as a clinical pharmacist at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital for 5 years. She joined Washington Health in 2019 and currently works as a clinical pharmacist and PGY-1 Residency Program Coordinator. In her free time, Christine enjoys traveling, going to hockey games with her two sons, floral designing, crafting and spending time with her family.
