Director of Pharmacy

Minh-Thu Dennen, PharmD.

Minh-Thu Dennen received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of San Francisco School of Pharmacy. She joined Washington Health in 1995 and is the Director of Pharmacy Services.


Cindy Lau

Clinical Coordinator

Cindy Lau, PharmD., BCPS, BCCCP

Cindy Lau received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UOP Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 acute care practice residency from UCSF. After the completion of her training, she practiced as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Alameda County Medical Center for 2 years. She joined Washington Health in 2009 practicing as a clinical pharmacist in med-surg and critical care. In 2020, she transitioned to the role of a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator. In her free time, Cindy loves to go wine tasting, visit Disneyland, travel the world, and spend time with family.


Kajal Sheth

Operations Manager/
Residency Program Director (RPD)

Kajal Sheth, PharmD., BCPS

Kajal Sheth received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Texas at Austin School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 acute care practice residency from Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. After the completion of her training, she practiced as an inpatient Clinical Pharmacist at Atlanta Medical Center for 2 years and then at the Veterans Hospital of Palo Alto for 2 years. She joined Washington Health in 2008 and currently works as the Pharmacy Operations Manager and PGY-1 Residency Program Director. In her free time, Kajal loves to watch her kids play at their baseball and volleyball games, watch the Giant’s baseball games, and take family trips traveling to new places.


Gregg Loo

Clinical Coordinator for Oncology

Gregg Loo, PharmD.

Gregg Loo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Washington. He completed her PGY-1 acute care practice residency from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. After the completion of his training, he practiced as a clinical pharmacist then Lead Pharmacist in Oncology at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for 14 years. He joined Washington Hospital Healthcare System in 2017 and currently works as a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator for Oncology. In his free time, Gregg enjoys playing pickleball, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family.
