Community members can obtain COVID tests or vaccinations at Haller’s Pharmacy in Fremont. COVID tests are by appointment and vaccinations for those 3 years and older, on a walk-in basis. Haller’s is open every day. Please call Haller’s at 510.797.2772 for more information.

For patients 6 months to 4 years old, we recommend contacting your pediatrician’s office to schedule their next COVID vaccine.

Alameda County Public Health Department strongly recommends, “Staff and visitors in patient care areas of licensed health care facilities in Alameda County wear high-quality, well-fitting masks, regardless of vaccination status, during winter respiratory virus season (Nov. 1 to March 31) and other times of increased respiratory virus circulation.”
Patients and visitors should continue masking in high-risk areas as Infusion Center, Radiation Oncology, and the UCSF - Washington Cancer Center.
